Telangana SCERT, DIET, CTE & IASE Interview Schedule 2026 Released – Check Interview Dates, Selection Process & Marks Distribution

The Director of School Education (DSE), Telangana has officially released the Interview-cum-Demonstration Schedule for eligible Headmasters and School Assistants shortlisted for deputation to DIETs, CTEs, IASEs and SCERT under Foreign Service Terms (FST). The notification follows the successful completion of the Computer Based Test (CBT) conducted on 30th and 31st July 2026.

Candidates shortlisted in the 1:3 ratio must attend certificate verification and interview-cum-demonstration from 5th August to 7th August 2026. The final selection will be based on the combined performance in the written test and interview.

Interview Marks Distribution (20 Marks)

The interview-cum-demonstration will be evaluated as follows:

  • Subject Knowledge including Pedagogy: 5 Marks
  • Demonstration Lesson (Content Delivery & ICT Use): 7 Marks
  • Communication Skills: 4 Marks
  • Research Experience & Innovative Ideas: 2 Marks
  • Overall Personality & Suitability: 2 Marks

Selection Process

The final merit list will be prepared based on:

  1. Computer Based Written Test: 80 Marks
  2. Interview-cum-Demonstration: 20 Marks

Candidates securing higher combined scores will be selected for deputation to SCERT, DIET, CTE and IASE institutions.

Instructions for Candidates

  • Check the written test results on 04 August 2026.
  • Attend certificate verification with all original documents.
  • Prepare a demonstration lesson with effective ICT integration.
  • Report to the allotted interview venue as per the schedule.
  • Carry valid identity proof and all educational/service certificates.
