IFMIS Employee Master Data Update for NEHS – Telangana Finance Department Circular 2026

The Government of Telangana Finance (EBS-V) Department has issued Circular Memo No. 4050368-D/196/A2/EBS.V/2026, dated 31 July 2026, directing all Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) to update the Employee Master Data in the IFMIS portal for the implementation of the New Employees Health Scheme (NEHS).

This initiative aims to ensure that all eligible employees, pensioners, and their dependents receive health benefits without delays through accurate and updated employee information.

Purpose of the Circular

The Finance Department has introduced additional data fields in the Employee Master Module of the IFMIS portal. These fields enable DDOs to update complete details of employees and their eligible family members required for the New Employees Health Scheme.

The update is being carried out through API integration between the IFMIS database and the Employees Health Care Trust (EHCT).
