Latest update: 14 September 2026 — First-phase online registration, processing-fee payment and slot booking are scheduled up to 16 September 2026.

The Telangana Council of Higher Education and Department of Technical Education have commenced the TG EAPCET 2026 BiPC stream web counselling. Eligible candidates seeking admission into B Pharmacy, Pharm D, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Bio-Medical Engineering and Bio-Technology courses should complete every counselling stage within the notified dates.

The process includes payment of the counselling processing fee, booking a slot at a Help Line Centre, in-person certificate verification, web-option entry, freezing of choices, provisional seat allotment, tuition-fee payment and online self-reporting. Candidates should use only the official counselling portal and preserve copies of every acknowledgement and receipt.

Important deadline: The registration and slot-booking window closes on 16 September 2026. Certificate verification begins on 15 September, and web options can be entered from 16 September. Do not wait until the final hours, because an incomplete payment or unbooked verification slot can prevent further participation.

Biotechnology clarification: The official counselling notification permits eligible BiPC students to exercise options for B.Tech Bio-Technology without a Mathematics bridge course. Candidates should still verify course-wise eligibility shown on the counselling portal before selecting an option.

  • Aadhaar card

  • Study certificates from Class VI to Intermediate or equivalent

How to Register for TG EAPCET 2026 BiPC Counselling

  1. Open the official TG EAPCET BiPC counselling portal.
  2. Select the link for processing-fee payment.
  3. Enter the required TG EAPCET hall-ticket, rank and personal details carefully.
  4. Pay the applicable processing fee and save the receipt.
  5. Book a certificate-verification slot by selecting the available Help Line Centre, date and time.
  6. Download or print the slot-booking confirmation.
  7. Attend the Help Line Centre personally with originals and two photocopy sets.
  8. Check the verified details and immediately report any error to the verification officer.
  9. After verification, use the candidate-login facility to exercise web options within the notified period.
  10. Save the option list, review its order and freeze the options by the deadline.

How to Fill Web Options Carefully

Web-option order can directly affect the allotted course and college. The system considers the candidate's rank, category, eligibility, reservation rules, available seats and the exact preference order entered.

  • Arrange options by real preference: Place the college-course combination you genuinely want most at the top.
  • Enter enough options: A longer, well-researched list can reduce the risk of receiving no allotment.
  • Check each course code: Similar college names and abbreviations can cause mistakes.
  • Research before choosing: Compare tuition fee, location, hostel, transport, faculty, laboratories, affiliation and recent approval status.
  • Verify pharmacy approval: For B Pharmacy or Pharm D, check the institution on the Pharmacy Council of India Institution Dashboard.
  • Use previous last ranks only as guidance: They do not guarantee a seat because vacancies and candidate preferences change each year.
  • Save and print: Keep a copy of the final option list after freezing.
Avoid this common mistake: Do not place a less-preferred college first merely because you think it is easier to obtain. If eligible, the allotment system may assign that higher-listed option and stop checking the choices below it.

What to Do After Seat Allotment

The provisional first-phase allotment is scheduled on or before 22 September 2026. After the allotment is released:

  1. Log in through the official candidate portal.
  2. Download the provisional allotment order.
  3. Read every instruction printed on the allotment order.
  4. Pay the prescribed tuition fee, if applicable, between 22 and 24 September 2026.
  5. Complete online self-reporting within the same period and save the admission or acknowledgement number.
  6. Keep the fee receipt, self-reporting acknowledgement and allotment order safely.
  7. Follow all later physical-reporting and original-certificate instructions issued by the authority or allotted college.

If the tuition fee or online self-reporting is not completed within the prescribed time, the provisional allotment may be cancelled. Even candidates shown a zero tuition fee should complete the required online self-reporting steps shown in their login.
