To all the School's Headmasters where Pre-Primary schools sanctioned, clearly instruct PPI (Pre-Primary Instructor) and PPA (Pre-Primary Aaya) to do the all FLN based functions of Pre-Primary Section, as per the timetable given...
First half an hour i.e, 08:30 to 09:00 both Instructor and aaya should feed breakfast to the children and complete the breakfast work.
From 09:00 to 09:30 Instructor should conduct assembly and aaya should clean the classroom after breakfast (should keep clean at any cost with proper sweep and mop).
The instructor should act as a mother teacher to all the students enrolled in all the 3 classes.
The aaya should frequently check the tiny toddlers and childrens for basic needs, likewise drinks them water, take them to urinals and toilets, washing them for hygiene etc. (If aaya is absent due to severe illness only then The Instructor should do both PPI and PPA works.)
Unless severe illness and severe health conditions, both PPI and PPA be absent. (Note:- For absent period there'll be no salary sanctioned.)
The PPI instructor should go through all the Videos mentioned in Pre-Primary FLN resource Pdf. They must watch the videos (even if the videos are in Telugu just turn on Subtitles and read), they must read the pdf files of Handbooks, Workbooks, story cards, and Leaning outcomes charts. (Should display Learning Outcomes in the Classroom).
PPI instructor must enroll in the NISHITA ECCE online courses before August.
PPI instructors must maintain a personal dairy, in which they must write every day's teachings learning process as per Learning Outcomes Chart mentioned in Pre-Primary Resource's pdf file.
The Headmaster should be monitor PPI and PPA every day and should conduct a meeting at least twice in a week and write the same in the Minutes Record Register.
